Also canceled is the art display and sale at ARTicles.

The Art Guild Visits Mystic Seaport Museum
A group of art guild members spent the morning at JMW Turner Watercolor exhibit at Mystic Seaport, followed by lunch. Everyone was inspired Turner's impressionist technique and his use of light and atmosphere.

Arts and Framing Exhibit
Arts and Framing, which shares space with Twigs and Pearls, located on Main Street in Putnam, has offered us space to display NECTAG artwork. The theme is local flavor and you can display 2 medium to large pieces of art. 
Deadline for Entry: September 26, 2019
Hanging Fee: There is no hanging fee, but a 30% commission will be charged for all sales.

Art in the Park
NECTAG had a table at Art in the Park on Roseland Pond and did some demonstrating as well




NECTAG Family Barbecue 
Our first annual NECTAG barbecue, held on August 18th at Roseland Park in Woodstock was a great success and fun was had by all.

The Northeastern CT Art Guild (NECTAG), The Pomfret Historical Society and Ellis Technical School partnered in a Clean Up Day funded in part by The Last Green Valley! Here are some photos of our clean up of the roadside, driveway, gardens, and grounds.
